Removing and Installing New Toilet - At some stage you will undoubtedly need to remove a toilet that is beyond cleaning up and you need to pull it and replace it with a new one. This is a fairly easy project and doing it yourself can save you money on a house flip.

Materials you will need for removal -

Adjustable Wrench - Bucket with Sponge - Putty Knife - Old towel - Tape Measure - Rubber Gloves - Hack Saw - Disposable Plastic Cup

Material you will need for installation -

New Toilet (of course) - Level - Wax Ring - Silicone Sealant

Watch this excellent video from Lowes below. It will show you how to take the tools you have gathered and safely remove your old toilet. Once you have finished with removal ... installation is a breeze.
